Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Products must be returned in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

- You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return & Exchange Methods
- Products can be returned or exchanged in-store at our Nairobi location or at an approved drop-off location.
Restocking Fees
- We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns and exchanges are free of additional costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
